If anybody can get your money
for you, Bullseye can!
We
know how important it is to you
to collect outstanding debts
from nonpaying customers! We
also know how valuable your time
is!
Why
spend your time making
collection calls and sending out
letters? Bullseye Collection
Agency Inc. can do all the work
for you... and you only pay when
we collect! It is a win-win
situation!
What happens when you place an
account for collections?
Communications from a collection
agency convey immediate urgency
to the debtor. We begin
collection proceedings
immediately upon receipt of your
request by sending a letter
advising the debtor that the
account has been placed with
Bullseye Collection Agency Inc.
By law, as a licensed collection
agency, we are required to
inform the debtor of their
rights and provide them with
pertinent information regarding
his/her past-due account.
Therefore, in our initial
communication we include:
-
the name of the creditor
-
the amount due
-
a notice that the debtor has
thirty (30) days from the
date of the letter to
dispute the claim or request
verification of the debt
Once
an account is placed for
collection, Bullseye Collection
Agency Inc. works the
file. We do this by working
with debtor to help solve
the problem. We believe in the
One/Two punch for collecting
money. We “skip trace” people
to get good phone numbers,
addresses and locate their
assets. We make phone calls,
send letters, make phone calls,
send letters, make phone calls,
etc. until we get the debt
paid!!!
If the
debtor decides that they do not
want to pay the debt
voluntarily, we typically
initiate legal action, obtain
judgments, garnish wages, lien
property, or levy bank accounts
until it is paid.
We
send regular Debtor Updates on
all your files so you can
monitor our collection efforts.
No
placement fees. If no monies
are collected, you pay us
NOTHING!
